Changes and Cancellations: All creative materials must be received prior to publication date as detailed above. Cancellations or copy changes will not be accepted after the published closing date of the update to the site. We update our sites once every day at 8:00 PM GMT. Changes to artwork must be received at least three business days in advance of requested change date. Change orders cannot be submitted any more frequently than once every fourteen days.
Returning Creative: We reserve the right to return any creative that was not developed to the appropriate specifications.
Late Creative: We will not guarantee the start date for late creative.
